In this training, we will discuss the customer service of child support, establishing and modifying court orders, enforcement, account management, and debunking the myths surrounding child support. This training offers staff and case managers from Community Action a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding, enhance their skills, and better support their clients when child support is involved.

We will explore the challenges unique to low-income individuals when setting goals and discuss strategies to overcome these barriers.
