Organizational Standards for Boards

The organizational standards are an important part of the CSBG performance management framework.  The purpose of the organizational standards is to ensure that all agencies have appropriate organizational capacity, in both critical financial and administrative areas, as well as areas of unique importance to the mission of the Community Action network.  The board is a key player in ensuring the success of an agency, so naturally the organizational standards directly mention the board in several standards.
